Dov has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 100
Leadership Speakers to Hire, and has traveled the world
speaking to every kind of group imaginable.
He was named as one of the Top 30 Global Leadership
Gurus. He is also the bestselling author of several books,
including One Red Thread and Fiercely Loyal: How High
Performing Companies Develop and Retain Top Talent.
Inc. Magazine named his podcast,
Leadership and Loyalty™, as one the top podcasts
listened to by C-Suite execs of Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of speaking and training, he works with a diverse group of leaders and executive teams to build the bonds that create organizational cultures that become Fiercely Loyal.
You can’t have loyalty without meaning, and in a modern economy you can’t thrive without the retention of top talent.
Talent only stays when they feel they are a part of something larger than themselves. We live in a time where it is so easy for talent to move on like the wind.

Dov has a large social media platform consisting of a combined 200,000 followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Podomatic, and Apple Podcasts. His “Kill The Keynote” campaign to change the speaking industry went viral, reaching over 5 million people. He has interviewed and worked with the world’s top leaders, including those featured on: Oprah, Ellen, CNN, Fox, MSNBC, CBS, Huffington Post, Larry King, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal and more.

Yahoo Finance, The Boston Globe, Business in Vancouver, USA Today,
Entrepreneur, CEO World, and INC..

Coming up, he is speaking to some of Europe’s wealthiest families at Scone Palace, Next-Gen leaders at UnleashWD and the Legacy Show, The World Management Forum (Iran), the United Nations, and The New York National Speakers Association.
Dov’s passion, mixed with humour and a ‘get to the point’, no-BS style is often contagious. Within moments, people feel a genuine connection with a man who authentically walks his talk. Dov believes that the world needs more “Dragon Leaders” who are committed to living their purpose, standing in their truth, sharing their inner genius, and empowering others to find their fire and do the same.
A Dragon Leader is someone who is alway pushing themselves to improve and wants those they serve to reach their full potential as well. This means a more productive, adaptive and creative company with a better bottom-line. It also means happier, healthier people at every level of your organization.
Dov provides strategic guidance to assist you in digging deep and getting to the root of your biggest personal and leadership challenges. Although he is always there to support and encourage, he is definitely not a “cheerleader” — he expects you to put in the work. That is because he knows how effective the results can be.
Flashback
In June 1990, while free rock climbing, Dov Baron fell approximately 120 feet and landed on his face. The impact shattered most of the bone structure of his face, disintegrating some of his upper jaw and fracturing his lower jaw in four places.
After ten reconstructive surgeries, no external evidence remains of the damage; however, this experience was life-changing. Dov likes to share how Dragons are born in the fire of experiences that could destroy us, but instead transform us.
Before the fall, Dov had spent years building a reputation as a dynamic speaker and teacher in the field of personal and professional development, but it wasn’t until years after the fall that he began to see the beauty and elegance of what had really happened – the return to his Dragon’s Lair (the sacred, untouchable space within), which revealed what he refers to as his ‘Dragon Self’.
