Is it possible to harvest the blooms of money  in what seems like a financial desert?

Have you ever been to the desert? The desert is an enigma!

Get there in the middle of summer, the ground is cracked and dry, and if there is a breeze it is a hot one that whips up the top layer of what was soil and turns it into burning dust. Sometimes, years lapse between rainfalls. Can you imagine how dried up and lifeless the desert appears after two, three, five years without rain?

Having visited the desert in the summer and observed the lifeless landscape, it seemed unbelievable when I was informed that in spring, there would be an abundance of flowersIt seemed as unrealistic as a person looking at their empty bank account and trying to believe that there would be an abundance of funds flowing into it soon. There again:

The dreamer cannot explain the process of dreaming to one who refuses to dream.

Can you imagine, I actually went back to the desert again in the spring, and it was breathtaking! Where there had been dried up lifeless dust just months before now flourished with streams and a blanket of the most magnificent colored flowers as far as the eye could see. I even remember seeing a tree that on my previous visit had been curious about how long it had been dead. If it wasn’t for it precise location, I would not have believed I was looking at the same tree. It was miraculously transformed as if the metaphorical hand of God had reached down from heaven and brought it back to life creating leaves that glistened from collected dew, flirting with the dance of soft pedaled blooms, out of this world!

However, standing in the desert on a hot summer’s day it can be hard to believe all kinds of things like: The temperature will drop towards freezing at night, streams will run through, flowers and life in so many forms will wash across what looks like desolate land. Even so, all these things do happen, and they happen almost every year.

The desert, like you, is filled with limitless potentiality for that abundance, which given the right circumstances, transforms from bare ground to overflowing wealth.

My question to you are: What magnificent abundance waits within you?

What massive level of success is waiting to show up given just the right circumstances?

Over the last five or six posts I have read some amazing, vulnerable and powerful feedback from you guys and gals. I have to tell you that each and everyone of your responses is to me a sweet smelling flower in the desert and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your impact and both me and your fellow reader.

Once again, I look forward to your comments and feedback.

Until next time live with courage, Dov…

There are times when we all feel like we are standing in a desert, a place bare of the emotional, spiritual, financial fulfillment we need. It is at these times that we can be tempted to quit on ourselves, our dreams and our mission. However, it is often at these times when we are returned to our basics and we remember the true reason for what it is that we are doing and why we are doing it.

Thank you, Dov, you are a living example.
It's such a delicate thread, Life, and Eternal. We can fall off a mountain and still have the option to fulfil its awesome potential. I like it that a seeming problem is really a solution in disguise. We have to trust and make One of It.

I do love those desolate places. I do love the flowers.

I am seeing the desert as a life lived without dreams and thus desires withheld (water). When we start releasing ourselves to follow the desires that are within us, the dreams 'blossom' in our life. I've been dancing in my own raindrops of desire and watching my dreams unfold. How could life be any more beautiful or exciting?

Thank you for all your teachings. I recently attended a new group called Synergy for Success. The facilitator asked something like, Who here plans to be a success? My hand shot up before anyone else. I kind of looked at my hand in shock. haha But that's what I believe now...because of your teaching and doing my homework. I'm creating the life I deserve, desire and delight in!

Hello Dov Years ago I worked for a man who taught me the law of, "This to shall pass." When business was good he would often look sad and even a bit depressed. When business was bad sometimes I would see him smile and even laugh to himself. One day I confronted him about it, "what is it with you," I asked."When business is good your sad, when business is bad your happy." "It is the law of this to shall pass," he said. "When business is good I get a little sad because I know that this will not last and when business is bad I get happy because I know this to will not last." Then he told me, "the secret of sucess is to know that everything changes, pay homage to this fact and be grateful that it is so, otherwise life and business would have no challenges and life would be very boring.

Be aware of change and prepare for it, when nothing but potentiality is present prepare for the day it will maifest it's self as abundance.

Wow, thanks for this. As I was sitting here looking over all the expenses I have put into my new business I started to have doubt...sort of. I was beginning to wonder how much more will I have to put into advertising/marketing to get the business to get a move-on?!

Your posts always seem to come right on time.

This business idea has bothered me for years, in my gut it feels so right, so even with investment doubts lingering, I feel OK. So, even as I stand before the new business desert, I can totally envision the busy business it will soon be- full of life! Actually, it's in the process of being that...and thank you for the wonderful reminder :)
  • So I guess the challenge is finding/creating those right circumstances.

The point is that they, (the right opportunities) are already there, maybe all they need is for you to metaphorically add water.

    With gratitude, Dov...
